One of the biggest achievements of 2020 was the illustration of 50+ hand-drawn recipes and meals for the Flavours of Erasmus Mundus cookbook.
The book contains 96 pages with 65 photos of food, 42 recipes, 50 stories from Erasmus Mundus students and alumni, and over 50 illustrations. The print publication even features a blank recipe page where people can fill in their own favourite recipes to keep or give as a gift.

In addition to the illustrations, I also laid out the pages of the book in Adobe Illustrator and coordinated their printing and shipping.
