Workshops, training, and public speaking
Facilitating opportunities for people to come together, build community, and develop new skills is one of the most energizing parts of my work.
Over the course of my career—and increasingly over the last year—I’ve led workshops, designed hands-on skills-development programs, and creating spaces for reflection and growth.
I especially love seeing the shift in confidence that happens when people start to feel capable, curious, and excited about the topic we’re working with! Seeing participants go from feeling apprehensive to having fun with the topic is one of my favorite parts of my work!
Whether it’s a single session or an ongoing series, I focus on making learning feel meaningful, empowering, and practical.
Here are some recent examples of my workshop, training, and public speaking sessions:
• Oslo Kommune Spouse Workshops: Co-leading a series of two-day sessions on personal branding and networking for international spouses navigating the Norwegian job market. (October 2024 - April 2025)
• Confidence in content creation in Eswatini: Designed and delivered two hands-on workshops: one for women entrepreneurs in partnership with a local business network in Manzini, and another for young creatives in collaboration with the U.S. Embassy’s Public Diplomacy team in Mbabane. This session was also featured in the local newspaper! (March 2025)
• Skill-building with changemakers: Designed and delivered video editing workshops for the REWIRE Incubator, helping participants amplify their impact through visual storytelling in Warsaw, with continued online mentorship. (November 2024 - April 2025)
• Mentoring through Re-Routed Club: Co-founded this initiative in Oslo, co-designed an 8-week content creation curriculum, and mentored 10+ participants in weekly hands-on sessions.
• Sharing insights in interviews: I've been a featured on podcasts such as Comms for Good and Life in Norway, discussing everything from social impact communications to my experiences as an international in Norway.
